Update 1: Rubin Young joins us to explain the election certification process in detail. If you’re aware of any irregularities or issues in your local election process, this is a call you don’t want to miss. Join us to learn how you can take action!
Update 2: We have added a recap of the previous meeting notes at the bottom of this email for your reference.

Also – here is the visual for the Presidents 10 point plan that we promised last week👇

📃Notes for today’s call 11-19-24  at 7 PM ET:
Here is a refresher of our “Why” Statement

Ascend to our responsibility as citizens in this new post Nov 5 era to be vigilant and active in regaining and protecting erosion of our rights identified in our Federal and State Constitutions, and use existing momentum to establish strong election processes.

In order to do this, we have the following avenues:

  1. Reintroduce the sponsored bills from last year – starting now
  1. Citizenship and Voter Rolls
  2. Vote By Mail
  3. Technology
  4. Election Reconciliation – see this video
  5.  Hand Counting
  6. This effort would need an early focus on working with the Senate President and Speaker of the House.
  1. Recruit America First candidates for the 2026 primary elections – starting now.

E.g. Supervisor of Elections, Sheriffs, Legislators, Senators

  1. Get out the vote for the 2026 elections – starting now.   We would need to map out which offices are up for election in 2026 and we would need to have some volunteers in those counties do some preliminary work. We will need to identify responsive legislators would need to be primaried. (see this – Elon threatening to use this multi million dollar PAC to primary non responsive elections – https://x.com/leadingreport/status/1856764491117334831)

  1. Raise funds either at the state level or at a county level to help those candidates make it over the finish line during the primaries.

 Mission (“Why”):

Before jumping into projects, it is important to recognize that having clear knowledge and understanding of what our efforts are ultimately driving to achieve. Knowing the reason behind “why” people should spend their valuable contributions of time, $ and effort is vitally important to recognize. Simon Sinek said, “What you do in your life is only ever as good as why you do it.” So, what is our “why”? In other words, what is our “mission”?

We suggest this: Ascend to our responsibility as citizens in this new post Nov 5 era to be vigilant and active in regaining and protecting erosion of our rights identified in our Federal and State Constitutions, and use existing momentum to establish strong election processes

✅Karen Schoen – how we keep that momentum and achieve our objectives for our states

✅Dennis Schnoepner – Near Term and Long Term strategy

✅Raj Doraisamy – the Defend Strategy

Defend Near-Term Projects:

    1. Legislative Strategy: Direct engagement with state and local officials to advocate for reforms, starting early in the 2025 (which starts in 12/24) legislative cycle.
    2. Focus on the power brokers:  Focusing on the Senate President and Speaker of the House early on vs towards the end
    3. Deb is revamping the 4 bills that were sponsored by house (but not Senate) last cycle and will need vibrant support to get them passed this year.
    4. Enhanced GOTV for 2026: Begin groundwork now, using tools like the Salvo app for grassroots support, and create focused teams, such as those targeting elderly voters and raising money for candidates who are competent communicators, listeners, informed of issues, coachable, are America First and able to win.

Case Study:  Broward county where the local leadership started a year in advance and achieved making the historically blue county less blue getting 350k votes for Trump with the following population

  1. Democrats 500k
  2. Republicans 200k
  3. Independants 150k Lesson:  Start early (now for 2026)
    1. Engagement with Young Republicans: Building relationships with young Republican groups as potential allies and future leaders in these efforts.
    2. As Trumps 10 inititatives are roled out, we will seek to work with organizations that are educating state governments on their constitutional authority so that they can take up the slack from the downsizing of the federal government. See this video https://youtu.be/QnSB8L5Pmhs
    3. Supporting Unite4Freedom:  United Sovereign having a nationwide lobby day on February 25th.

Far-Term Projects:

    1. Local Election Preparation for 2026: Identifying strong candidates early and developing fundraising strategies to support them. Emphasis on the importance of dependable, skilled leaders who can communicate effectively and handle the technical aspects of winning elections.

Combined Near and Far Term Projects:

    1. Network Development and Maintenance: Establishing a grassroots communication and action network across organizations to mobilize effectively
    2. Ongoing Support for Legislative Reform: A strategy to involve the Senate President, Speaker of the House, and influential donors early in the legislative process.
    3. Developing Communications and Messaging Strategy: Thanks to Debbie, we will be rolling out a new communications approach in December, improving responsiveness and clarity in Defend’s messaging to our members, legislators and the public.

In Summary: We need to emphasize the critical need for leadership, organization, and strong volunteer action, as well as early engagement with legislators and potential allies to both support meaningful reforms by 2026 and augment the Presidents 10 initiatives.  See link to initiatives here https://www.patriotdigest.us/blog/trump-10-point-plan-to-shatter-the-deep-state-and-return-governance-back-to-the-people

✅ Jeff Buongiorno, who is challenging the incumbent Supervisor of Elections in his County. He’ll share how
last-minute rule changes before the primaries are obscuring vital information, including a rule that now sends blank ballots to the canvassing board for adjudication, impacting transparency.

✅ With the second assassination attempt on the president Trump, it’s clear they are determined to prevent his re-election. Combine this with our porous election systems, and the threat of manipulation is severe. But there’s something we can do: increase voter turnout. The more people who vote, the harder it becomes for cheaters to alter results. There are 40 million Christians in the U.S. who aren’t voting. On Tuesday’s call, we’ll discuss strategies to engage these non-voters and ensure their voices are heard. Join us on tomorrow’s call to learn more.

👉 What is a canvasing board? Why is it critical that you speak with them now, in advance of the primary and general elections?
✅ Dennis Schoeppner will outline the strategy and why you must understand how the canvasing board certifies each counties elections. And importantly, your role as citizens. Details in this Tuesdays call.

Be informed so you can strengthen elections at the county level which is the foundation block for how your state election results are managed. And all of this determines the national outcome.

✅ Denver Cook

It’s a recurring theme. Leadership at various REC (Republican Executive Committees) using bully tactics to silence the voice of dissent in their meetings.

And worse – REC’s infested with incessant drama between dysfunctional personalities. Resulting in their members being misdirected on minutia instead of the important work to be done.

It’s like a group fighting each other about who spilt some milk in the kitchen and arguing about who to clean up the spilt milk while the entire house is burning down in flames.

If you can relate, please attend this Tuesday’s call where Denver Cook (Who is himself a REC chairman) has successfully overcome the bullies in his REC and has refocused his group on the important work.

✅ Richie Nutt

In addition, we will get an update from our own Richie Nutt from Republican Staffers at the Capital.

You will be shocked at what you will hear. Not only is the house burning down, but the fire department is not even open!

✅America First Vs Establishment for Florida will be decided in a few weeks August 20, 2024 is a crucial date. It’s when either the establishment, backed by more funding and political pressure, will secure their control in Florida, or America First Candidates will successfully take office in key positions. It’s the date of the primaries.

In the past, we’ve played an unsuccessful game of catch-up. The opposition installed their key people in important offices, and by the time we realized it, it was too late. For example, in 1996, Barack Obama won his state senate position, triggering the rise of the current administration. In 2021, Alvin Bragg won his first elected position, leading to what we now see as judicial manipulation against a Presidential Candidate. Now

, we have an opportunity to get ahead of this type of debacle. The plan is to install an establishment Speaker of the House in 2028, which would move Florida into an anti-America First position indefinitely.Join this Tuesday’s call to learn how to stop this.

✅Karen Schoen

A Color Revolution is a communist/Marxist tool used by a regime overthrow the existing government and replace/transform it with a Marxist government of their choosing.A color revolution needs 2 things, an election and unrest. American’s complacency has given both. We must recognize that it is happening now, understand the world around us, learn from their experience, bring it home and educate others. I will end with items we can do. Based on past experiences, if Biden wins 100% we will lose America. If Trump wins we have a 50-50% chance of recovery.

6-18-24 James Judge

✅ Dennis Schoeppner: You will hear a brief follow-up of the United Sovereign Americans (USA) recent presentation to Defend Florida by Marly Hornik, CEO and Todd Buffington, Florida Executive Director. Where is Florida in this effort? What can you do to help USA who uncovered gross inaccuracies in our voting system, which violates the civil rights of qualified voters and prevents legally valid elections from being fair, accurate, and trustworthy?

✅ Raj Doraisamy There are 30 million non US Citizens in the USA. The Biden Administration has instructed all immigrants (regardless of citizenship status) to be given voter registration forms. ✅ Rick Carlins: The Lake County REC is taking assertive actions in its endeavor to discontinue the use of taxpayer funds for Florida Supervisors of Elections Inc. Rick will discuss the mechanics of this effort and give us an update.

✅ Beckie Sirolli: Beckie, a candidate for Florida’s House District 27, filed a Public Records Request with the Polk County Supervisor of Elections in 2022 to inspect ballots from the 2020 election. What should have been a simple process in our mandated “open government” state turned into a 586 day battle that revealed failures at every level to enforce compliance and hold our elected officials accountable.

✅ Karen Schoen: Maurice Strong former UN Secretary General –Oil Billionaire –stated: “Land, because of its unique nature and the crucial role it plays in human settlements, cannot be treated as an ordinary asset, controlled by individuals and subject to the pressures and inefficiencies of the market. Private land ownership is also a principal instrument of accumulation and concentration of wealth and therefore contributes to social injustice; if unchecked, it may become a major obstacle in the planning and implementation of development schemes. Social justice, urban renewal and development, the provision of decent dwellings and healthy conditions for the people can only be achieved if land is used in the interests of society as a whole. Build Back Better: Get a grant, Change the zoning. Lose your private property!

New Survey and strategy to fortify elections through legislators and supervisors of elections

Press Conference Announcement

New Threat HB 757

New Threat from HB 1051:

HB 1051 Housing for Agricultural Workers:

Prohibits governmental entity from inhibiting construction of housing for legally verified agricultural workers on certain agricultural land; provides requirements for construction or installation of specified housing; authorizes adoption of local land use regulations that are less restrictive than certain regulations; provides requirements for property owners & record maintenance; provides for suspension & removal of use of certain housing units; authorizes continued use of certain housing sites constructed if certain conditions are met. Effective Date: July 1, 2024

HB1051 and SB 1082 eliminates local authority to determine where low-cost housing should be that addresses agricultural workers. This is part of the Live Local Act passed last year 102 that eliminated local authority to address low cost housing in their community. Most local commissioners, mayors and staff have no idea that live local is just another mechanism to destroy private property and put it back in the hands of the government and their cronies. Agenda 21/2030 Great Reset/15Minute Cities calls for the elimination of private property and local elected officials. It is imperative that we address these bills immediately with our local legislators as well as Governor DeSantis who is now beholding to his developer donors. An example of this is in Martin county where development is being put on what once was considered conservation land. Now the county wants to tax the people 3%, so that they can purchase new conservation land. See the way this works? It is imperative that we contact our local officials and tell them not to take grants for anything that addresses housing development and conservation or we will wind up with an overcrowded community that will be prone to disease and crime just like the rest of the state.

Press Conference:

When: February 29th. Live stream starts at 4:30pm Press conference begins at 5:10pm Where: Foundation Church 13000 Tamiami Trail – outside back door entrance North Port, Florida

https://www.flsenate.gov/

https://www.myfloridahouse.gov/

WHY WE MUST DEFEAT HB757: As written, the bill lowers the standard for defamation and opens up conservative speech to costly litigation. Our goal is to get as many election integrity and free speech patriots to the press conference as possible and make our voice heard in Tallahassee. There’s strength in numbers after all. Make signs and banners in opposition to HB757 and in opposition to Seminole and Orange County Senator Jason Brodeur who is pushing this bill. His Tallahassee phone number is 850-487-5010. His Lake Mary office is 407-333-1802.

Political advisor and news analyst Stephen Miller has come out strongly against this legislation. He posted on X that…” It would make it easier to launch and win defamation lawsuits.” Miller states… “If Florida passes the proposed law to lower the standard for defamation, expect leftist plaintiff’s lawyers to spend the next generation bankrupting every prominent conservative based in Florida. This law will mean conservative influencers, podcasters and alternative media companies based in Florida are going to get WRECKED solely because they are conservative.” Is this by design? Is this a nefarious plot and part of the left’s agenda to influence elections, silence dissent and silence election fraud investigations? It seems Democrats don’t think, they scheme and devise ways to obtain their goals. Besides HB757, last year George Soros purchased 50 Spanish speaking radio stations. Now he is currently in negotiations to purchase Odessey Broadcast Network, the second largest broadcast network in the nation. They own some of the biggest conservative news talk radio stations in the country and include newscasters like Sean Hannity, Mark Levin and Dana Loesch. In addition, Cumulus Network, the 3rd largest broadcast network, is facing a takeover by an investor based in Singapore. As part of the negotiations, they received permission from the FCC to become a 100% foreign owned United States broadcast network.

Contact your legislators and ask them to oppose HB757. Write them a handwritten letter, send an email, and call their office. Tell your representative that you will support them if they vote against this bill and that you will tell your friends to support them too. Tell them that you will spread the word if they vote in favor of HB757. The person pushing this bill is Senator Jason Brodeur. Contact Senator Brodeur and tell him of your opposition to HB757. Tell him you will inform your friends that he is silencing free speech. Contact Governor DeSantis and ask him to announce that he will veto HB757 before it is passed.

Important context for your meetings (Love Always)
Here’s a good statement for the end of a testimony or letter: “I have expressed no mere matter of “concern”, but solely (only) matters of substance – of Fact and Law.”

Can a chair of a committee propose legislation? (Microsoft Bing)

Yes, the chair of a committee in Florida can propose legislation. However, the process of proposing legislation is complex and involves several steps.

The chair of a committee can introduce a bill in the committee they lead, but it must be approved by the majority of the committee members before it can be sent to the full House or Senate for consideration123.

If your official says: “I cannot honor your request for Election Integrity Reform even though I am your legislator – I need to check with the Secretary of State” – Refer to this email from the Secretary of State stating that it is your legislators duty to initiate reform and that your legislator is NOT subservient to the Secretary of State

“Dear sir,

Thank you for your email. As you note, the ideas you propose would require legislative changes. Outreach to your legislators is a great first step.

If you have not already seen, please see the latest legislative changes made in chapter 2023-120, L.O.F., and bill summary at https://www.flsenate.gov/Committees/BillSummaries/2023/html/3202
